| Introduction | I have worked in higher education as a faculty member and administrator. I have direct experience working with students through advising and committee membership related to student academic progression. I am dedicated to helping learners achieve their educational, professional and personal goals. I enjoy working with non-traditional adult learners and teaching others about adult learning. I have been an active leader in higher education, representing the dental professions at the local, state and national association levels through my work with policy review, curriculum development, and survey research. My research interests are focused on adult learning including; educational leadership, first generation college students, career transitions, transformational learning, and lifelong learning in the health professions. |
