| Introduction | look - both my brothers are personal trainers and quite fit - they were always the family athletes. i was the cherubic faced (read: chubby) creative one. i had to learn how to work and play hard to be as healthy, fit and happy as i am now. i grew up eating well intentioned, balanced meals...in a house also stocked with prepackaged snack-cakes and butter on everything. it takes some time to adjust to healthier eating and a lot of people get turned off by going to extremes - i love eating - my dishes are not avante garde sprigs of greens with an artful drizzle of something. who wants a drizzle of anything?! I love sharing tips and recipes I've developed and discovered over years of playing/tinkering/experimenting with good, whole foods. |
