Introduction	J.Errol Feria received his degree in Engineering from the University of Santo Tomas, Manila, Philippines. He then joined the US Navy and served during the Gulf War in 1990. After his discharge he moved to San Francisco and worked for corporate America as a field engineer supporting multi-million dollar accounts. In 2000 a downturn steered him to study massage therapy and health education; soon after he started his private massage practice. He recently finished a master's degree in counseling psychology with concentration in somatic psychology. In his free time he paints with sumi ink and sculpts pottery showcasing his modern expressionist artwork. His background, extensive experiences, studies, and creativity are revealed in his first self-help book on health and mindfulness.
