| Introduction | Hello! I'm Jen. I was born and raised in Indiana and taught junior high and high school English language arts for 15 years. I now live in Greensboro, North Carolina, where I just completed my Master of Library and Information Studies degree so that I can work as a Youth Services librarian.
I am a member of the LGTBQ+ community who is also raising a transgender son. Diversity in library materials and access of information for everyone is important to me. I love to read and write! She/her/hers. (Special thanks to my son, Brendan, for designing the banner for this blog.) |
