About me

Industry Non-Profit
Occupation Youth Advocates
Location Denver, Colorado, United States
Introduction Wes and Marissa are Youth Advocates for a place called Joshua Station. Joshua Station is a transformational housing program that attempts to walk with families currently struggling through homelessness. Specifically, Wes and Marissa run an elementary kids mentoring program twice a week and they try to hang out with the JS teens as much as possible. As Wes and Marissa walk side by side with each other and together with people found in hard places, they have learned a lot about themselves, others, God, and healing. If you are ever in the Denver area, they hope that you would visit them at Joshua Station. Maybe you could hang out with some at-risk youth, or even sit down with Wes and Marissa for some coffee and share life.
Interests The on-going conversation of faith, hope, love, pain, healing, and action.
