| Introduction | My name is Cipriana Costello. I'm Joe Costello's first child. I have a little brother. His name is Joseph Costello IV. Our father left us when I was 8 and my borther was 3 1/2. He hasn't payed child support for the entire 8 years except for a total amount of aprox. $500. He owes us about $100,000 worth in child support. In NONE of my father's many websites does he mention us (his children). He has REFUSED to support us and has obviously not cared about us yet.
