| Introduction | I love my life and am passionate about helping others create a life that they love. Everything I teach as a life coach and counselor comes from personal experience. My history includes struggles with bulimia, low self-esteem, scarcity consciousness, unfufilling work, dysfunctional relationships, emotional wounds, loss of a loved one... you know, the stuff most humans deal with at some time or another. And yet I wouldn't trade ANY of it because it made me who I am today - someone who believes that you can have, be, and do anything you can imagine and someone who seeks to help others believe and experience this, too! |

| Favorite music | I've gotten a bit out of touch with music since having kids and I'm 43 now, so out of the loop. I like alternative, hip hop, classical, some rap. I love Peter Gabriel and Sinead O'Connor, Eminem (especially that political war piece he did before Bush got re-elected)... more to think about here, too. |
