Introduction	Lori Golden MA, CCHT, CYT. Lori has a Master of Arts degree in Holistic Health Education from John F. Kennedy University and is a certified yoga teacher (CYT) through the National Yoga Alliance. She received her training through Integrative Yoga Therapy, and completed additional education in acupressure and yoga as a certified Acu~Yoga teacher (CAYT) from the Acupressure Institute. Her professional expertise in mind-body wellness is further enhanced with a Certification in Clinical Hypnotherapy (CCHT) from HCH Institute. Lori provides individual counseling and group classes in hypnotherapy, self-acupressure and acu-yoga to support wellness goals in weight loss, stress reduction, pain management and more. She currently develops online education and multimedia podcasts for Hill Physicians Medical Group and oversees production of the award winning health education magazine, Hill Health.
