| Introduction | I am a student at UC Berkeley, majoring in Public Health. This is my summer before Junior year, and although I could have stayed in sunny Southern California, I decided to take a bold move and go somewhere I (or anyone else I know for that matter) have never gone before. Since this is what I plan to do in the future when I have the means, performing public health service in developing countries, I thought I might as well taste what it would be like while I am still exploring my options in college.
