Introduction | I am a born again Christian, currently attending a small church in Bicester. What God set before my life is like a blessing that I had never dare to imagine. I was brought up in a predominantly moslem country Indonesia, to be exact a remote village in Java island, where neither electricity nor Gospel is known to my world. Most of my friend had to work since they were young, let alone have a taste of education. Not only I can read and write, but God gave me a chance to speak a foreign language, to sit through high school and univerisity, where I first introduced by fundamentalist baptist church. I was saved when I was 15, following the tragic death of my classmate. I graduate as a computer engineer, married a physicist and settle in United Kingdom. I would think my family is a unique baptist, because we are born again christian without ingrain western tradition. But I thank the Lord, for those missionary that sent to my country, so a lost sinner like me can have a hope for tomorrow. I am striving to be a woman like Proverbs 31 who work deligently for the Lord outside and inside my home, dress and fed her household well, reach my hand to the needy, and praised by my husband. |
