| Introduction | I am passionate about food but also eating healthy, cheap and creating meals on the go. I was recently diagnosed with a tomato/potato allergy that truly threw my world a little upside down. It honestly seemed like I was destined to a non-fulfilling, bland world of food. But to my surprise I have rekindled a passion inside for cooking. This blog will consist of concoctions I create for every meal of the day and snacks [as well as nutritional content] For those of you who think you can’t cook-DON’T BELIEVE IT!!
