| Introduction | Hi all! I'm Katelyn, and I'm a junior at SLU. I'm majoring in Secondary education and English, and I plan to teach high school English somewhere back in the Chicago suburbs. I'm really excited to have found a career I can be invested in and passionate about... I can't wait to start. I'm the oldest of three, and I love my younger brother and sister, who are both in high school. I talk to them all the time about my lesson plans and what they think sounds fun. I threaten my brother all the time that if he's not nice to me, I'll apply for a job at his high school and chaperon his prom =)But I digress. I hope this blog is insightful for present and future teachers. I also hope to really find some great books for my students and enjoy reading them along the way.
