| Introduction | Well this is the first time ive ever blogged but i am siked! First let me tell u that i constantly think about what i need to do to better myself, and i might even start it, but it always seems that after a little bit i QUIT! I absolutely hate that and i am making a dedication to this! I have three beautiful children and a husband that.is amazing, but i have managed to slip into a rut! I have never in my life just let everything go so bad, but im here now wondering how did this happen! Ok to the point i am going to start with myself and completely renew my life! Before my kids i weighed 113lbs and now 12 years later i am 4'11 and weigh about 175! For my height im big n sooo unhappy with myself. I watched the movie fat, sick, & nearly dead and have decided that im gonna take the plunge n FINALLY AT 31 TAKE BACK MY LIFE!!! |
