| Introduction | The purpose of this blog is to help me work towards living in good health, to help others do the same, and to learn about health along the way. My goal is to write an entry every day for one year. I will talk about four aspects of health that I find most important: nutrition, exercise, relationships, and mental health. Every day I will provide my readers with my daily workout, as well as tips on foods and a relaxing activity for the day. Finally, learning about our bodies, minds, and our society is the key to learning what health is and how to obtain it. Therefore, I will be starting every entry with a lesson, talking about a whole slew of topics I have come up with for the year. I will pull information from a variety of sources: college courses I've taken, news, magazines, novels, movies, and more. In writing this blog, I am practicing what I preach in order to reach my own goal of living a healthy life, of continuing on my quest for knowledge, and for helping others to do the same. I hope that you will join me. Together, we can help each other meet our challenges, obtain our goals, and find our inner peace and happiness. |
