I am a certified Health and Wellness Coach, a marathon runner looking to break 3:00 in my marathon in 2011, a triathlete, a rebel, a life liver and one who believes that everything happens for a reason. I am lucky to have the most amazing family, friends and support network and because of them I am a huge success. I believe that my success is directly related to the success of the people around me, so I am here to tell that story and hopefully introduce people to others they need in the mean time.
