Introduction	Joe Higham - a musician (jazz, in general) who's based himself in Brussels Belgium. A rather frustrating place to live for musicians as it's a small country with plenty of great musical talent. However, the beer is excellent, the people are friendly (even if they're split politically by two languages - and the politicians make it that way). What more can you want!
