| Introduction | I am Elizabeth Whitney...mother of a bright, affectionate, active little girl...partner to a hard-working, spirited, adorable guy (who is also my personal carpenter and handyman)..and caretaker of two crazy furballs (a Rhodesian Ridgeback, a half beagle, half pug mutt). We built a salon last year in the basement of our home, where I spend about ten to twelve hours a week making people look and feel beautiful. The majority of my time is enjoyed as a parent, learning about my child as well as teaching her as much as I can, and trying to keep an open mind about the aspects of raising a child in this scary day and age we live in. Watching my daughter grow into such a loving, delightful child has been and will continue to be the biggest joy of my life. |
