| Introduction | I am committed to inspiring individuals, schools, communities, and organizations to transform into more compassionate, courageous, and contributing agents of our diverse society. I am grateful to have completed undergraduate studies in psychology and graduate studies in education in Canada and the U.K as well as training in compassion cultivation and spiritual care at Stanford University in the U.S. I hope to use my 10 years of experience in coaching, training, consulting and program development in educational excellence and well being, leadership development and diversity management to inspire others to thrive and reach their highest levels of well-being and positive contribution to our society and humanity as a whole. |
