| Introduction | I am a goat. A complete omnivore. I eat everything. I no issues with offal meats, or veal, or real pork casings on my sausage. My wife J. is a strict ovo-lacto vegetarian. Omeletes have to be stuffed full of vegetables, and don't even ask about over easy. It is real easy to get in a food fight with her talking about rennet in cheese or caviar, so beware. I spend my days cooking for the two of us. |
