| Introduction | I was raised by two great Georgia crackers and learned to cook at they're apron strings. Marrying a woman from New Orleans I moved there and was swept up in the culture and love of food that city offers. I epecially love traditional BBQ and grilled food. My sister started calling me Bubba the quintesential southern name for ones brother. I combined Bubba with with BBQ and there you have it. Bubbaque was born. I have been a certified BBQ judge with the Florida BBQ association, and I taught parttime at the New Orleans School of cooking. My other passion is my two grand daughters. Remember the 4F's of life.
