| Introduction | My name is Susan Hodge. I'm recently retired from corporate life where I have 30 years experience in banking, corporate finance and financial leadership. I've held executive positions in global organizations, including leading an international team of consultants in a virtual and multi-cultural environment. I'm a former Treasurer of Shell Oil and former CFO of a U.S. division of Shell and I loved the technical side of Finance. But it was during the past decade of my career that I more deliberately aligned my professional roles with my passion for developing talent, advocating diversity and leading change. I had opportunities to speak and teach on some of my favorite leadership topics including career advancement for women, leading and learning through failure and leading through change. I enjoy coaching and mentoring others to be all that they can be. I'm a pragmatist and look to create immediate and practical change. |
