| Introduction | I'm not on expert on food. I enjoy cooking food, talking about food and eating food. I have quite a long commute every day but when I come home in the evenings I (nearly) always find time to cook something. One of the main points of this blog is to share recipes and ideas with readers. I also love beer. I hope to talk about beers I like and rant about beers I dislike. I'm hoping this will be useful for people who are interested in beer and looking for advice on places to find good beer and which beers to choose. I may also talk about restaurants, pubs, wine, whiskey brandy and anything else in the foody/boozy field. I'll keep my opinions on the rise of Islamic militant extremism to myself (although they are very interesting). I live in Co. Kildare but spend most of my working and socialising time in Dublin, so this blog will be of most interest to people around there. |
