| Introduction | It has been an incredible experience learning the art of Jiu Jitsu under individuals such as Dayne Aristizabal, Jason Mertlich, Brandon Guzzo, Court Mcgee (before he won The Ultimate Fighter) and others. The Academy is an extremely supportive atmosphere with many inspiring individuals of all levels. This video journal has helped my progression in the sport and I hope others find it helpful as well.
