| Introduction | I'm a planner. I like to make plans and sometimes I like to change them. I've come up with some good plans that have gone by the wayside because I also tend to be a perfectionist. This all or nothing mentality has kept me from doing things I’ve wanted in life. I’m at a critical junction on my road of life. My intention this time is to implement the plan I've come up with to improve my health; and to keep going until I reach my goal, even if the road isn't always straight. I know what I want. I feel strong. I feel like I will do it. However, as the old Chinese proverb says, "Talk doesn't cook rice." |
