| Introduction | So you might be wondering who am I? Its kind of difficult to talk about yourself but to sum it up shortly, I am a goofy, silly girl who loves to laugh and enjoy good conversations that are mentally stimulating. I love God and am not ashamed of my faith. I am clumsy and run into things on a daily basis. I laugh for no apparent reason. I can talk a million miles an hour and about anything or nothing at all. Needless to say, there is never really a dull moment or a moment of silence when I'm around. I'm very detail oriented which can sometimes be a bad thing. I love to learn and I love my life. I feel like Im on a constant journey of spiritual, personal and professional growth. By day, I work at a university. By night, I am a Beauty Consultant with the #1 Skin Care Line, Mary Kay Cosmetics (and I OBVIOUSLY LOVE IT!!!!!) I am so excited for 2008. I know that this is going to be an amazing year and I'm really looking forward to what God has in store for me! |
| Interests | I am a very active person. I have a great full time job at a University, have stepped out into entrepreneurship and started my own business, run a summer dance program for kids ages 5-18 in the community, am a camp counsleor for a diversity camp held up north thru the local community college, travel whenever I can, and I do a lot of teaching and performances through church (dancing and acting). I also love to scrapbook when I can find the time. |
| Favorite movies | I am a total "happily ever after" movie chick! Love and Basketball, Brown Sugar, The Notebook, Walk to Remember, blah blah blah....I'm sure you get my drift. Dont get me wrong, I love action, drama, comedy and suspense...but I will NOT watch scary movies! Nope...no way...not gonna happen!! |
| Favorite music | I listen to Christian music! I'm a dancer so I love all styles of music!! Anything ranging from rap, rock, pop, r&b, alternative...whatever. As long as the words are uplifting and positive. I wont listen to music that is raunchy and derogatory talkin about sex and other foolishness. |
| Favorite books | I love books that promote positive thinking and life changing mentalities. Im on a constant journey to being a better person so I love reading things that are beneficial for my life as a person. My favorite is the Bible...there are so many amazing stories in there! Love stories, action, drama, suspense...I love reading about the bad girls in the Bible who stood for what they believed. I love reading about their experiences cuz I'm wise enough to learn from them and not have to make the same mistakes! |
