Introduction	I have been working in the heating and energy industry for as long as I can remember at this stage. It has taken me a lot of time (and a little expense) to learn and understand what I know now. Whilst I still do not know everything, every day s a learning day, I do have a considerable knowledge of the industry. I am a firm believer in "What one man knows, is up to another to find out". I have gotten sick of people being ripped of by incompetent heating engineer's and being asked to advise how to fix things they have messed up. I will not however advise public on how to service their boilers as this legally should only done by an approved engineer (i.e. Gas Safe, Corgi, RGII etc.). I just want to share a bit of knowledge and hope that some people will find it useful and benefit from it!!!!
