| Introduction | Spending the winters in the west was a long term retirement goal for me. Even though I retired from full time teaching in 2008 a gig at great non profit as well as needing to stay around an help my mom out kept me in Mich. In 2013 that changed and I up and decided it was time to become a ski bum. Even though I am certified PSIA (professional ski instructor) I found a fun job with Vail Market Research skiing surveying our great guests from all over the world. For 2014 I'm making some change ups and will be working a World Cup Race and the February World Championships. So my Vail Val blog will be featuring the highlights of living in the beautiful Vail Valley and skiing our world class resorts with our world class visitors. Stay tuned! |
