| Introduction | I have never been a Runner. Runner with a capital R. Runners go in the rain, get up early to exercise, don't stop during a race because they liked accordion music. I will never be a Runner. And I'm okay with that. I take pictures during a race, stop to say hi to friends. And dang it, if I have to go to the bathroom, I wait in line for a porto-potty! This blog chronicles training from a 12 min to a 9 min mile so I can do all these things, but still have a decent time. |
