| Introduction | I'm Kara. Married, salon owner, mother of two boys. Max, who's 4 and Ike who's 2. With Ike's birth our lives changed forever. Ike has neurofibromatosis type 1 and a seperate undiagnosed issue that requires him to take in huge quantity of calories just to keep from losing weight. At age 2, he's the size of an average 9 month old. He eats approx 2000 calories a day. Which means fatty meats, butter, cream, oil, cheeses, cookies, cakes, etc... |
