Introduction	I am Daniel Spivey Jr. I am married and a father of three children ages, 19, 12, and a 5 years old. As a father and the leader of my family I stress the importance of education to my children. My children are taught that the fact of possessing a good education, may be afford them the opportunity of having doors open to them that may be closed to those whose did not strive for higher education. I do not desire to be a hypocrite, how can I stress the importance of a good education to my children if daddy did not finish his degree goals. I was taught a long time ago that leaders lead from the front. I have set the example of hard work and dedication for my family. I have achieved an Associate Applied Science Degree in Information Technologies Network Administration. And this is my final class needed to complete my degree requirements to obtain my Bachelors of Science in Organizational Security and management at UOP. I will make every effort possible to achieve a grade of A, as an A is needed to graduate with honors. Daniel Spivey
