| Introduction | I'm a firm believer in making a difference, no matter how small. For that reason I chose to go into special education. Being a person with a visual impairment, I know how hard it can be to step out in the real world, and I hope to use my own experience to help my students move toward an independent and fulfilling life. I love all things intellectual and cultural, which makes me a bit of a nerd (or a very interesting conversationalist). I'm also random, sarcastic, witty and a bit on the introverted side. I love working with children, and feel that I can relate to them, because they're genuine, honest, and love unconditionally. |
