Introduction	I live in the beautiful Pacific NW with my loving husband, my amazing little boy, our incredible twin daughters. We also have a sweet daughter looking down on us as an angel in heaven. It is for them that I strive to be the best wife and mother possible. I am passionate about natural living, peaceful parenting, food and fitness. This blog is meant to be a space for me to ramble and figure out what's in my head as well as a place to share information with others on parenting, food, fitness and the goings-on in our lives.
