|Introduction||I assisted families with funerals for many years, valuing every story, tear, and hug! Since publishing my book in 1999, I've held classes and workshops on how to write a supportive condolence note. We're a lot more mobile now, and my eBook and blog enable me to reach readers around the world. How great is this: caring has no borders or ethnic label!|
|Interests||Running, "clean" nutrition, letter writing, encouragement. I volunteer as a facilitator for an Elder Circle- monthly discussions that "cultivate the value of Elders as mentors" in the community. My other volunteer interests include hospice respite and 11th Hour vigiling, and crewing runner races.|
|Favorite Music||Sheryl Crow, Vince Gauraldi, Windham Hill, John Pizzarelli|
|Favorite Books||Chi Running by Danny and Katherine Dryer, The Wisdom of Florence Scovel Shinn, The Artist's Way by Julia Cameron, Overboard by Hank Searls|
You can whistle and steam can whistle, so why do you sing in the shower?
Have you written your boss (manager) a condolence note?
