Introduction	I get involved in projects, organisations and processes where I see a potential for positive social change. What I bring to the table is my 15 years of experience in working with groups to create a positive change for equality, diversity and social justice. I have an ability to see connections and solutions, to generate involvement and participation. I believe in empowering people to make the changes they want to see in their life and contexts. I have a BA in Political Science and Women's and Gender Studies from Macalester College, MN, USA and experience within the non-profit and public sectors in Norway, the U.S., Sweden and Belgium.
