Introduction	NJ is short for Nereus Jethro, an OFW at the desert coast by the Red Sea. He's presently connected with the National Aquaculture Group (NAQUA), one of the world's biggest fully integrated aquaculture project and the world's biggest and premier desert aquaculture venture. He is the Head of HR Organization and People Development. He is also the manager for the HR Learning and Development Center.
