| Introduction | As a twenty-one-year-old journalism major at the University of Arkansas, I devote most of my time and energy to classes and to my work as editor of the university student newspaper, The Arkansas Traveler. I am pursuing a degree in journalism, however, precisely because I am interested in too many subjects to confine myself to the study of one. The expansiveness of journalism suits me. Just a few of the interests I hope to explore as a journalist (and person!) include: theology, politics (particularly the issue of immigration), family relationships, interior design and fitness. |
