Introduction	The purpose of this blog will be to share Lord's sense of humor by placing me on this family spread, known as The Ranch.... I grew up watching the weekly drama, Dallas. My sister and I even played “Dallas”. I was Pamela Ewing, married to Bobby, she was Lucy. Well, let me tell you, I never saw a pig swimming in the pool at South Fork. Nor did I see her learn to hook up and PULL a horse trailer…that’s just the tip of the iceberg for this non-cowboy-boot-wearing - ranch transplant. Being given a daughter who is a clone of Ellie Mae when it comes to loving animals left us with a decision to make…live on the family ranch or live in a neighborhood. We’ve done the neighborhood thing, but the ranch is where she thrives. Living on the other side of a cattle guard is always an experience. I hope you find joy as you read how the Lord keeps me humble by living this ranch life. Living the ranch life is how I’ve learned to roll.
