| Introduction | Hello... My name is Francois Portee and i have been traveling to Ghana for the past two years. I graduated from San Diego State University in the field of International Business with my BA degree. Also earned my teaching credential in the field of Special Education-Mild/Moderate Disabilities. Following my teaching experience in the San Diego Unified School District, i also completed my Masters in Education-Special Education at the University of San Diego in 2009. I have keen interests in supporting schools and teachers in Ghana. I have learned instructional techniques and methods that can support both students with or without disabilities. I hope in my efforts to build a long lasting relationship among teachers and students in Ghana to share ideas, teaching methods and resources to build a global educational partnership. |
