| Introduction | Cantcomp Lane ("CC") has started her Second Life music career to rave reviews at the Second Life Synagogue during the "Shabbat Around the World" candle lighting ceremonies. CC is not a cantor in real life, and is not for hire as a musician at this point. The songs she plays during the candle lightings are among the more popular tunes (past and present) in the Reform movement. She has not written any of the music she plays at Shabbat Around the World. CC enjoys secular folk music as well as the Jewish tunes she currently plays in SL. She is continuing to work on her non-Jewish repertoire and hopes to appear at other live venues in SL (in addition to the SL Synagogue) in the future. |
