Introduction	I was born in Athens, Greece and moved to the UK in 1999. After studying at Uni, I became part of the corporate world and continue to work as a Project Manager. In 2011 I brought to life my son, Philippos and in 2014 my daughter Sophia, my sun and my moon, my internal lights. I love cooking, writing and debating! A very opinionated Greek, a bit like Marmite, you can either love me or hate me!
