| Introduction | Mrs. Pillsbury has been a special education teacher for the past seven years, and she has worked with children identified with disabilities for over thirteen years. She has earned a Master's Degree in Special Education and has served students identified with varying disabilities and in a variety of settings throughout her career. Previous experience includes working in non-public residential school, public school, and most recently virtual charter school. The majority of her experience has been in the brick and mortar setting. This is her second year working in the virtual setting. Currently, Mrs. Pillsbury is taking a series of classes to receive a certification in online teaching for the K-12 population. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, learning about technology, scrapbooking, and camping. |
