| Introduction | I’ve been in IT and higher education for a long time. My main interest at present is social media. In particular I'm finding out how people make use of it. Concentrating on Twitter I'm analysing some of the detailed patterns of use: how and when people and organisations interact through social media and when they do so. I also keep a close eye on the latest user technology, such as mobile apps. And beyond the technology, there is so much to read – I never read all the books I have. |
