| Introduction | Hello, my name is Ray and I am a recent college grad with a Bachelors in Business Marketing. Currently, I have a marketing/ Market Research position but would like to start my own private coaching business. I played 4 years of college football, with 13 years overall playing experience, and have over 15 years experience playing baseball and roughly 4 years experience coaching both sports. I know the two sports inside and out and love them just as much. I love to help young athletes make it to the level I always dreamed of but never reached. I know I can do this by teaching them the correct habits and developing their skills sooner in their careers then I was able to. Succeeding in either of these sports is a mindset. I can coach speed, strength and skills but i cannot coach passion and drill. These are the two requirements for all of my athletes. With those two things, it will be impossible for us to fail. |
