Introduction	I have always been passionate about helping others and creating community through caring and sharing. I started One World Everybody Eats and the 'commuity kitchen' concept in 2003 ( with the non profit to follow in 2006). Since then I have been pulled into the food justice arena and have travelled to many locations to help different communities wanting to put in their own 'community kitchen'. I plan to help as many different communities as I can and also help to facilitate the growth and fund raising efforts for this growning community kitchen movement. I also hope to create a day, on October 16, in honor of World Food Day, where everybody can eat called the One World Everybody Eats Challenge.
