Introduction	On June 25th, 2008 I was dx with Breast Cancer. When I found out it had spread to the lymph nodes I was slightly freaked, it had only been ONE DARN year since my last mamo. Ok, My BC is not inherited, it is not passable to my kids and grandkids, it is not hormonal. ( who knew there were SO many types of BC? Not I) My cancer is not something I did..it is a simple mutated freaked out gene that grows really fast and spreads really fast. But, thanks to a drug that passed FDA just 5 short yrs ago called Herceptin, I am going to pull right through this. I beleive the Lord has already healed me, and I am now just going through the medical process. I can do it! Your cards all help me though! THANK YOU to everyone who has brought us food, gift cards, cards of love and prayers, all the phone calls and help around my house and salon. Mom and dad,could I have better parents:I think not! To the dear ladies at Smartcuts, I love you. Thank you for running our salon with strength and determination! Love to all of you! Gods love most of all! Breast Cancer: IDC/3cm,4mm,3mm tumors left breast,1-3 positive nodes.Grade 3, poorly differenciated: ER-/PR-/HER2+++ (Her2+++ is the cancer I have)
