Introduction My desire to assist people started during my teens and continued into college. This led me to become a Peace Corps Volunteer and I served two wonderful years in Morocco. Social work seemed like the next logical step, so I acquired a master’s of social work and after working for a period of time, went on to obtain a doctorate in social policy. Talking about my life would be incomplete without mentioning the spiritual side. Belief in a Supreme Source of the Universe is a core principle. I was ordained as an interfaith minister at New Seminary in New York City. New Seminary supports my conviction that there are many paths to the Divine. I consider myself to be an insightful, caring and dynamic individual I have been in the helping profession for forty years. My great joy comes from assisting people in their empowerment and watching them take charge of their lives.
