Introduction	Coming from a very diverse ethnic background with a nice mix of Italian, Russian, Polish and Jewish running through my veins. I am sure that I do not have to tell you all the wonderful food that I have been exposed to throughout my life. It seems as if my family lived in the kitchen cooking, laughing and telling stories. The kitchen has always been the heart of our home. It's so much more than a place to create a meal, it is a place where memories are made.
Centres d'intérêt	Family traditions and rare and unusual foods...that's probably why I watch Anthony Bourdain "No Reservations" and Andrew Zimmern on the travel channel.
