Introduction	It all started out with two chilly and rainy but lovely years teaching English in Lorraine in France. Then I followed my heart down to Spain where I spent two idyllic years teaching in the southern Spanish town of Almeria. Now I am back in France in the city of Limoges working at the university here and learning the fine art of French gastronomy from my roommates. Where to next? Your guess is as good as mine.
