| Introduction | I am a 38 year old survivor of the foster care system, who is also a mother of children now in foster care. I am tired of a system that punishes the innocent, while rewarding the guilty. I have spent more then half of my life fighting for change in a system that destroys more lives than it helps while making money for those that are suppose to be protecting the children of our country. |
