Introduction By day, I masquerade as a (mostly) proper corporate type.

By night, I turn into a culinary superhero, singlehandedly whipping cream into shape, beating paillards into submission & bruising bourbon in the quest for a perfect Manhattan.

But seriously, my mother is the most revered chef in my (extremely large) family, and I seem to have caught the bug.

I toe the line between two cultures, and I think that the vastly different styles and ingredients have taught me to respect the parts as much as the whole product.
